How will the progress of a child with additional needs be monitored?

The progress of children at every stage of the above graduated approach will be tracked using Provision Mapping, using the evaluation data collected by the Assistant Head (Inclusion) and other assessment data noted above. Progress for children on the Provision Map or with an ANP will be discussed with parents at termly teacher consultations. The Assistant Head (Inclusion) will be available for separate consultation at that time should parents so wish. In addition, children with a My Support Plan or EHCP will have additional review meetings each term with the Assistant Head (Inclusion).  Furthermore, children with a My Support Plan or EHCP will have detailed yearly review meetings to which all those involved in supporting the child will be invited.
